Statistics

The Statistics section serves as the central hub for monitoring and analyzing the activity within your organization. It provides a comprehensive view of API usage and user counts across your entire hierarchy—covering Managing and managed organizations down to individual Spaces.

The main view displays a hierarchical list of your organization's structure.

  • Tree View: Navigate easily between Managing and managed organizations and specific Spaces.

  • Usage Metrics: For every entry, you can instantly see the total API Calls and the number of Users.

  • Search & Selection

Unselect Spaces that you don't need in chart or export

Timeframe Selection

Control exactly which period of time you want to analyze. The dashboard offers flexible options to suit both quick checks and deep dives with specific date range.

Usage Visualization & Chart Intervals

The visualization chart helps you spot trends over time. You have full control over how the data is grouped on the timeline (the X-axis). There is a legend with space names on the right side of the chart area.

Data Export

Need to process this data externally? All the data currently displayed—based on your selected Timeframe, Hierarchy selection, and Interval settings—can be downloaded.

Simply click the Export Statistics button to generate a CSV file. This allows for further processing, reporting, or archiving of your API call data and usage statistics.
